Emmanuel “Noel” G. Moya, P.E., MSc., PhD.
President / CEO & Chief Engineer / Scientist
Fluidyne International Corporation
Dr. Emmanuel “Noel” G. Moya is a Registered Professional (Mechanical) Engineer with an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, an Executive MBA, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from California Coast University, and a PhD in Environmental Science. He is currently pursuing a second Doctorate in Environmental Science at UC Davis. With over 50 years of multidisciplinary engineering experience, Dr. Moya has built an extraordinary career spanning pumping, filtration, water/wastewater treatment, aerobic and anaerobic digestion, landfill and composting, materials recovery and recycling, precious metals recovery from mine tailings, power co-generation, sustainable energy, and hydrogeology.
His international practice extends across South-East Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, Canada, and the United States. He holds certifications in Electro-Mechanical Biological Treatment from Munich University (2007) and Municipal Waste Conversion Technology from the University of Göttingen (2008). As a UNDP and CESO registered consultant, he has served developing countries and First Nations communities, bringing sustainable technology solutions to those who need them most.
Dr. Moya serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, Pierce College, and the University of Toronto. He is credited with coining the words Imagineering, Leviotation, Velocentrifugation, and Ferhumiligation — terms that reflect his inventive approach to engineering challenges. His technologies have been adopted by industry leaders including Halliburton-Schlumberger, Frito-Lay, NY WaterMaker, BAC/Marley/Evapco, Siemens, and Emterra/Wheelabrator.
